Article 1.5 - The Managers

One or more individuals shall have the credentials to the Discord account owning the Democracy guild.

The Managers must use this account to take actions permitted under this constitution upon request within a reasonable timeframe.

The Manager must not use this account for any purpose not outlined in this document and must not take any actions that are not specifically within the bounds of this constitution.
