Article 2.2 - Presidential Power

During the President's reign they may take actions that they consider appropriate which they consider to be the overall will of The Citizens.

The president may take the following actions:

• Create/Modify/Delete Channels excluding:

  • #announcements

  • #citizenship

• Create/Modify/Delete events

• Create/Modify/Delete roles

• Change the guild icon

• Change the guild name

• Kick guild members (Including Citizens)

• Timeout guild members (Including Citizens) for any period of time

• Send messages to any channels for any purpose

• Mute and/or deafen guild members (Including Citizens)

• Have any Bot added to the guild

• Have any Bot removed from the guild excluding:

  • The Bot

• Change the nickname of any guild member (Including Citizens and Bots)

• Grant/Revoke any guild member (Including Non-Citizens) the power to perform any of the actions that they themselves have the power to perform

• Create/Remove any rules that they see fit and enforce them using their other powers

The President may not take any action that is not outlined here unless specified by another Article of this constitution.
