Article 2.3 - Riots

At any point during the reign of a President, Citizens can choose to cast a vote to riot against the active President. Citizens shall be able to do this from outside the guild as well as inside the guild.

In order for the vote to pass, a majority of Citizens must cast a vote to riot. In the event that the vote passes, the President shall immediately lose his title and power and a new election shall begin immediately.
