Article 3.1 - Granting Citizenship

Upon someone joining the guild, or at the President's discretion, a new vote shall be started for a Non-Citizen to become a Citizen.

All existing Citizen may then vote indefinitely until the vote is passed. The vote shall pass when and only when a two-thirds majority of existing Citizens vote for the approval of the Non-Citizen's Citizenship application.

In the event that the vote passes, the individual is immediately made a Citizen.

No one under any circumstances may change the current vote standing except by casting a vote. The President cannot stop a vote that has been started.

The vote is the only way in which an individual may be granted Citizenship. The President does not have the power to grant Citizenship.
