Article 3.2 - Removing Citizenship

Citizenship shall not be revoked by anyone except when voluntarily given up by the owner of said citizenship.

At any time a Citizen may choose to renounce their Citizenship, at this point their Citizenship shall be immediately revoked, and they shall be treated like any regular Non-Citizen.

They may only be re-granted Citizenship by the methods outlined in Article 3.1 - Granting Citizenship.

The President does not have the power to rescind Citizenship.
